The ingredients included are palo santo sticks, dried cinnamon sticks, dried citrus, and dried white sage.\u003c\/h6\u003e\n\u003ch6\u003eSmudge sticks are bundles of herbs which can be burned to prevent illness, ward off negative energy, cleanse a space, calm the soul, or reset personal intentions. The tradition dates back thousands of years in Native American cultures, and when you smudge, you are participating in an ancient and very sacred ritual.\u003c\/h6\u003e\n\u003ch6\u003eWe highly recommend reading more about it online if you plan to use these smudge sticks as more than just a decorative aroma\/potpourri. We also would like to note that we highly respect this ancient ritual and do not plan to mis-guide anyone in their practices.
